استخدام المتجر
باستخدام هذا المتجر أو تقديم طلب، يوافق العميل على هذه الشروط وعلى تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة. يمنع إساءة استخدام المتجر أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته.
Storefront use
By using this storefront or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and to provide accurate, complete information. Misuse, disruption, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
المنتجات والطلبات
نسعى لعرض أسماء المنتجات وصورها وأسعارها وتوفرها بدقة. قد تختلف الألوان أو التفاصيل البصرية قليلاً بحسب الشاشة والتصوير. يخضع قبول الطلب لتوفر المنتج والتحقق من بيانات الطلب وإمكانية التوصيل.
Products and orders
We aim to present product names, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors or visual details may vary slightly by screen and photography. Order acceptance is subject to availability, order verification, and delivery feasibility.
الدفع عند الاستلام
عندما يتوفر الدفع عند الاستلام، يدفع العميل المبلغ المؤكد عند التسليم وفق تفاصيل الطلب وأي رسوم شحن ظاهرة أو مؤكدة. قد نتواصل مع العميل لتأكيد الطلب قبل تجهيزه.
Cash on delivery and payment
Where cash on delivery is available, the customer pays the confirmed amount upon delivery, including any displayed or confirmed shipping charge. We may contact the customer to confirm the order before fulfillment.
الشحن
تختلف مدة ورسوم وإمكانية الشحن بحسب المنطقة والمنتج والناقل. مواعيد التسليم تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة للمتجر.

Cancellations and returns
Cancellation, exchange, and return requests are governed by the published store policy, order and product condition, and applicable legal or operational time limits. Contact us promptly with the order reference.
حدود المسؤولية
ضمن الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يكون المتجر مسؤولاً عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التأخير الناتج عن أطراف أو ظروف خارجة عن سيطرته المعقولة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the storefront is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
