كيفية تقديم الطلب
أرسل طلب حذف البيانات إلى البريد الإلكتروني الموضح أدناه، واكتب في عنوان الرسالة: طلب حذف بيانات. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق أو معلومات دفع.
How to submit a request
Email the address below with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment information.
المعلومات اللازمة للتعرف على السجل
قدم معلومات كافية للعثور على سجل العميل أو الطلب، مثل رقم الطلب والاسم ورقم الهاتف أو البريد المستخدم في الطلب. قد نطلب تحققاً إضافياً مناسباً قبل تنفيذ الحذف لحماية بيانات العملاء.
Information needed to identify the record
Provide enough information to locate the customer or order record, such as the order reference, name, phone number, or email used for the order. We may request appropriate additional verification before deletion to protect customer data.

بعد التحقق، نحذف أو نجعل بيانات العميل والطلب والمحادثة غير قابلة للتعرف كلما كان ذلك ممكناً، بما يشمل معرّفات Facebook الخاصة بالصفحة والرسائل والتعليقات وبيانات التواصل غير المطلوبة لأغراض مشروعة مستمرة.
What will be deleted
After verification, we delete or de-identify customer, order, and conversation data where reasonably possible, including Page-scoped Facebook identifiers, messages, comments, and contact details no longer required for an ongoing legitimate purpose.
البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها
قد نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من البيانات عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً للالتزامات القانونية أو المحاسبية أو مكافحة الاحتيال أو إثبات المعاملات أو معالجة نزاع قائم. نقيّد استخدام هذه البيانات للغرض المطلوب فقط.
Data we may retain
We may retain the minimum data required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or active-dispute obligations. Any retained data is restricted to the required purpose.
مدة المعالجة
نؤكد استلام الطلب ونسعى لمعالجته خلال 30 يوماً، وقد نبلغ صاحب الطلب إذا تطلب الطلب وقتاً إضافياً بسبب التحقق أو التزام قانوني.
Expected processing period
We acknowledge the request and aim to process it within 30 days. We will notify the requester if verification or a legal obligation requires additional time.
